We purchased this swingset in March 2026, and by September 2026, the slide completely snapped off. The wood split, causing the slide to break away from the playset.
Thankfully, my son had already gotten off and was on the ground when it happened. The oldest child who has used this playset is only 5 years old, so we are extremely concerned about how this could have happened after only about six months of use.
Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated issue. The wood is splitting in multiple places throughout the playset, and the overall quality has been very disappointing. A swingset should be safe and sturdy enough for young children, and we absolutely did not expect it to start breaking apart this quickly.
We are extremely disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend this swingset to other families. A product marketed for children should not pose this kind of safety risk after only a few months of normal use.
I'm disappointed, the swing set is sideways and it does not look safe. We have adjusted so many times and nothing.
